1 date, pitted
1/2 cheek mango, frozen
1/4 avocado, frozen
30 ml espresso
METHOD
Place smoothie mix, date, frozen mango and avocado into a blender. Blitz until smooth.
Scoop into a ball and place in a small bowl or ramekin- refreeze at this stage if you want a firmer nice cream. When you are ready to enjoy, pour your freshly brewed espresso over the top of the nice cream scoop.
